当胶桶中的胶水用完时，设备的三色指示灯会亮红灯且报警（胶水检测报警），此时应该更换胶桶。具体步骤如下：

1、先在触摸屏上点击“胶泵停止”，及时关掉齿轮泵；
1. First click "glue pump stop" on the touch screen to turn off the gear pump in time;
2、关闭排气阀，按住触摸屏上的“上升”按钮2秒，让压盘下边粘的PUR热熔胶及时脱落，不于在上升过程中从排气阀溢出流在压盘上面；
2. Close the exhaust valve, press and hold the "Up" button on the touch screen for 2 seconds, so that the PUR hot melt adhesive stuck under the pressure plate can fall off in time, so as not to overflow from the exhaust valve and flow onto the pressure plate during the rising process;
3、打开排气阀，继续按“上升”按钮，此时PUR热熔胶机的加热压盘会缓缓上升，待一个密封圈脱离胶桶口后松开“上升”按钮，利用惯性让压盘慢慢脱桶，脱桶后可轻按“上升”按钮将压盘上升到上极限位置；

4、将密封圈上的残胶清理下，置换新的胶桶。

当胶桶内的胶用完时，应立即关闭A、B开关，停止打胶。打开A（或B）胶泵充气开关，选择A（或B）胶泵提升机构为上升位置，点动旋钮使压盘慢慢提起，此时应注意：胶桶尽量不要离开底盘，直压盘完全脱离胶桶时关闭A（或B）胶泵的充气开关。
