中空玻璃机械双组份打胶机工艺特点

1、高能双组份打胶机主要基料泵、固化剂、比例泵、基料泵升降系统、调比结构、混胶系统、气动系统、液压系统及电气系统组成。

2、基料泵、固化剂泵及比例泵均采用特殊的高压柱塞泵，双向等量供料，基料泵由液压系统驱动，固化剂泵由气动马达驱动。二者辅以增压供料压盘，充分保证高黏度流体的满腔输送，基料压入并增高高压，固化剂压入并增压，再送比例泵，固化剂的流量由调比机构调节，二种组份同时送入混合器，充分混合后到达挤胶枪。

3、固化剂过滤器下端出口及混合器进料处均设有高压球阀，冲胶泄压用，混合器上设有单向针阀，不但使混胶更加均匀，而且防止两种组份互窜，将通道固化堵塞。
