1：HDSTO1型双组份涂胶机主要由基料泵、固化剂泵、比例泵,基料泵升降系统、调比结构、混胶系统,气动系统、液压系统及电气系统组成。 基料泵、固化剂泵及比例泵均采用特殊的高压柱塞泵,双向等量供料,基料泵由液压系统驱动,固化剂泵由气动马达驱动。二者辅以增压供料压盘,充分保证高粘度流体的满腔输送。基料压入并增高压,固化剂压入并增压,再送比例泵。固化剂的流量由调比机构调节。二种组份嘛时送入混合器,充分混合后到达挤胶 。
