1, connect the gas source:

调节减压阀0.4~0.6Mpa，检查系统有无漏气现象。

2、济南双组份打胶机将A、B组份胶桶就位，并与A、B胶泵的轴线对中。

1)操作手动转阀，将A泵提升高，提升过程中观察各管路有无拉伸过紧处。

2)将胶桶放置在A泵压胶盘下，开启胶桶，将其中塑料袋外翻桶外，胶面塑料片取出。

3)使A泵压盘缓慢下降，压盘入桶时应使其与桶口对准，将压胶盘排气口打开，直到压盘接触胶面。待压盘内气体全部排放完并有少量胶从排气口溢出时，即可关闭排气阀。

4)开机试打胶：将主泵气源开关打开，按下胶枪开关，直A泵里空气排净枪口处出胶连续时停止。

3、打胶操作：

1)松开比例杠杆上的比例泵锁紧螺钉，将比例泵内外调整所需比例。只有当A胶和B胶的配比达到正常值时，才可进行下面的操作。

2)置选择旋钮于A、B泵开，将胶枪出口对准两片玻璃的中缝，打开胶枪开关，以适当速度平稳地移动胶枪使玻璃槽内的双组份胶填满充实为佳。

2) put the selection knob on the A and B pump, aim the exit of the glue gun at the middle seam of the two glass, open the glue gun switch, and move the glue gun at the proper speed to fill the double component in the glass groove.
