正确理解打胶时出现“花胶”的情况

双组份打胶机打胶施工现场,经常会遇到这些问题:打胶机出胶速度慢,表干拉断时间太快或太慢、打胶过程中出现“花胶”、 结皮或硫化现象等。

1. 打胶机出胶速度慢

产品在初次使用时,打胶机打胶过程中出现出胶速度过慢的现象,可能原因有三个:
When the product is used for the first time, there are three possible reasons that the glue dispensing speed of the glue dispenser is too slow during the gluing process:
⑴A组分流动性差
⑴ poor fluidity of component A
⑵压盘过大
(2) the pressure plate is too large
⑶气源压力不够。

针对原因⑴或原因⑶,我们可以通过调整胶枪压力来解决;针对原因⑵,订购大口径桶可以使问题得到解决。若出胶速度慢出现在正常使用过程中,则可能是混合芯和过滤网被堵塞,一旦发现,就需要及时清理设备。

2. 打胶过程中出现“花胶”

花胶是由于A/B组分胶体混合不均匀而产生的,表现为固化慢或局部有白色条纹。

主要原因有:
The main reasons are:
⑴打胶机B组分管道堵塞
(1) component B pipeline of glue applicator is blocked
⑵静态混合器长时间未清洗
(2) the static mixer is not cleaned for a long time
⑶比例尺松动,出胶速度不均匀
(3) the scale is loose and the glue dispensing speed is uneven
⑷换厂家或牌号未调整设备工艺参数
(4) the manufacturer or brand is changed and the equipment process parameters are not adjusted
⑸更换后的产品挤出性不好,设备未适应
(5) the extrudability of the replaced product is not good, and the equipment is not adapted
⑹混用不同厂家不同牌号的A、B组分。
(6) mix components a and B of different manufacturers and brands.
针对原因⑴、⑵,可以通过清洗设备来解决;针对原因⑶,则需要检查比例控制器,并进行适当的调整;针对原因⑷、⑸,在保证参数正确的前提下,使用1-2天后设备会逐渐适应。

3. 打胶过程中胶体出现结皮或硫化现象

当双组份胶在混合过程中就发生局部固化时,胶枪打出来的胶就会出现结皮或硫化现象。出现这一现象的原因主要有三种:
When the two-component rubber is partially cured in the mixing process, the rubber produced by the rubber gun will be skinned or vulcanized. There are three main reasons for this phenomenon:
⑴胶体颜色较黑,固化快时,可能是由于B组分比例过高,过多的催化剂促使固化速度加快。此时,需要适当降低B组分的比例,将结皮或硫化胶冲洗干净后施工;
⑴ when the colloid color is black and the curing speed is fast, it may be because the proportion of component B is too high and too much catalyst accelerates the curing speed. At this time, it is necessary to properly reduce the proportion of component B and wash the crust or vulcanized rubber before construction;
⑵若打胶过程中伴有出胶慢的现象时,可能是混合芯长时间未清洗或清洗不好,胶体结皮堵塞管道。因此,定期清洗静态混合器是很有必要的。

⑶当固化和出胶速度均无异常,而打出的胶仍有结皮或硫化现象时,则可能是设备停机时间较长,胶枪未清洗或洗枪不够好,需要将结皮或硫化胶冲洗干净后后施工。
(3) when there is no abnormality in the curing and dispensing speed, but the rubber is still skinned or vulcanized, it may be that the equipment has been shut down for a long time, the rubber gun is not cleaned or the gun is not washed well enough, and it is necessary to wash the skinned or vulcanized rubber before construction.
4、胶内夹有气泡

一般而言,胶体本身是没有气泡的,胶体夹有的气泡可能是运输或施工过程中混入了空气,如:
Generally speaking, there are no bubbles in the colloid itself. Some bubbles in the colloid may be air mixed during transportation or construction, such as:
⑴更换胶桶时排气未排干净;
⑴ the exhaust gas is not completely discharged when replacing the rubber barrel;
⑵组分在上机后压盘未压下去,导致排泡不好。
(2) the pressure plate of components is not pressed down after being put into the machine, resulting in poor bubble discharge.
