将空气泵的进气压力关闭
Turn off the intake pressure of the air pump
打开排胶阀排胶以释放内部系统的压力
Open the glue discharge valve to discharge the glue to release the pressure of the internal system
将压盘吹气管阀门打开
Open the pressure plate blowpipe valve
把升降控制阀拨到“UP”的位置
Turn the lifting control valve to the "up" position
压盘会从胶桶中提升，并终脱离胶桶合适更换胶桶的位置

把新胶桶放在设备基座中间位置上，位于压盘的下方

压盘密封圈上涂润滑脂（诺信

拆下排气及出胶口档杆
Remove the exhaust and rubber outlet stop rod
把升降控制阀拨到“Down”的位置，慢慢把压盘移入打开的胶桶中。要停止压盘移动，可把升降控制阀拨到中间“Neutral”的位置
Turn the lifting control valve to the "down" position and slowly move the pressure plate into the open rubber barrel. To stop the movement of the pressure plate, turn the lifting control valve to the middle "neutral" position
压盘继续下压，当排气及出胶口处有一股稳定的胶流出时，把排气及出胶口档杆装回压盘并在接头上旋紧

换桶步骤完成，打开空气泵进气开关，正常工作
