1、接通气源：

3)使A泵压盘缓慢下降，压盘入桶时应使其与桶口对准，将压胶盘排气口打开，直到压盘接触胶面。待压盘内气体全部排放完并有少量胶从排气口溢出时，即可关闭排气阀。(提升开关保持下压状态)

4)开机试打胶：将双组份打胶机的主泵气源开关打开，按下胶枪开关，直A泵里空气排净枪口处出胶连续时停止。

4) Start up and try gluing: turn on the air source switch of the main pump of the two-component gluing machine, press the glue gun switch until the air in pump a is exhausted and the glue is continuously discharged from the muzzle.

用同样的方法操作B泵。

4、打胶操作：

4. Gluing operation:

1)松开比例杠杆上的比例泵锁紧螺钉，将比例泵内外调整所需比例。只有当A胶和B胶的配比达到正常值时，才可进行下面的操作。

1) Loosen the locking screw of the proportional pump on the proportional lever and adjust the inside and outside of the proportional pump to the required proportion. The following operations can be carried out only when the ratio of glue a and glue B reaches the normal value.

2)置选择旋钮于A、B泵开，将胶枪出口对准两片玻璃的中缝，打开胶枪开关，以适当速度平稳地移动胶枪使玻璃槽内的双组份胶填满充实为佳。打胶结束时关闭胶枪。

2) Set the selection knob on pump a and pump B, align the glue gun outlet with the middle seam of the two pieces of glass, turn on the glue gun switch, and move the glue gun smoothly at an appropriate speed to fill the two-component glue in the glass tank. Close the glue gun at the end of gluing.

5、更换胶桶：

1)当双组份打胶机的胶桶内的胶用完时，应立即关闭A、B开关，停止打胶。

2)打开A(或B)胶泵充气开关，选择A(或B)胶泵提升机构为上升位置，点动旋钮使压盘慢慢提起，此时应注意：胶桶尽量不要离开底盘，直压盘完全脱离胶桶时关闭A(或B)胶泵的充气开关。

2) Turn on the inflation switch of a (or b) rubber pump, select the lifting mechanism of a (or b) rubber pump as the rising position, and jog the knob to lift the pressure plate slowly. 3)撤出空桶，将新胶桶置于工作位置，重复第3、4、项操作。

1、胶枪：因双组份打胶机是由两种胶混合而成的，其凝固速度与环境温度和A、B胶的比例有关，混合后的胶一般在20分钟之内就会反应固化。所以，当设备在正常打胶后，20分钟之内不使用就需要将混合后的胶冲洗出来，以免堵塞混胶器和胶枪。
