两个相同尺寸的齿轮相互啮合，并在紧密匹配的外壳中旋转。房屋的内部类似于“8”形状。内部安装了两个齿轮。齿轮的外径和两侧与外壳紧密匹配。物料从储料筒进入吸入口两个齿轮的中间，填满这个空间。随着齿的转动，沿壳体运动，两齿啮合后排出。

螺杆泵按回转啮合容积式原理工作。螺杆泵的主要工作部件是偏心螺杆(转子)和固定衬套(定子)。由于这两部分的特殊几何形状，形成了单独的密封腔。介质沿轴向均匀流动。内部流量低，体积保持不变。螺杆泵压力稳定，所以不会有漩涡和搅动。

The screw pump works according to the principle of rotary meshing volumetric type. The main working parts of screw pump are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushing (stator). Due to the special geometry of the two parts, a separate sealing cavity is formed. The medium flows uniformly along the axial direction. The internal flow rate is low and the volume remains unchanged. Screw pump pressure is stable, so there will be no vortex and agitation.

对介质适应性强，流量稳定，压力波动小，自吸能力强，是其他任何泵所不能替代的。而且，在后期维护方面，螺杆泵只需更换定子(螺杆护套)，大大降低了成本。

3、所谓柱塞泵
