如果需要加快打胶速度来调整打胶机的运动参数，那么还应该设置相应的涂胶系统。例如，这时候我们就需要加大供胶压力，增大打胶机的出胶速度来配合对象的移动速度的增加。

3.机头感应器损坏

这种情况很少见，但并不排除这种情况。在打胶机中，有一个用于检测铝条深度的传感器。如果铝条太深或太浅，它将自动调整移动速度和供胶压力（自动调整是小范围的）。如果我们的铝条深度不同，在加上感应器损坏，打胶机就会出现打胶不饱满的情况！
