2、室内温度更好控制在10～40度的室内坚硬地面上，地面应水平度要好。（小编这里说的地面水平度要好不一定要非常的平整才行，我们的设备在设计之初已经考虑到了地面复杂性的因素所以对地面平整度是有相当大的忍让度的，只要不是幅度提别的大一般都可以正常工作。）

3、双组份打胶机安装之前，应先检查是否有因运输、搬动造成的变形、损坏和紧固件松动情况，之前就曾经有客户在移动打胶机的过程中把设备的智能控制系统的一个零部件碰掉了而导致设备无法正常运行，我们的工作人员到现场后才排查出的原因。

4、我们可以根据地面平整度的实际情况来通过调整设备的可升降地脚螺栓来调整设备的水平度直到设备水平而稳固。然后按图接线并可靠接地，把气源接入机器所配带的气源接口，确保无漏气现象。

5、向油槽中加注液压油指定位置，46#液压油（约为50升左右）。
