1、混合管堵塞，造成这个现象的原因，有可能是中间短时间停止灌胶，没有开启防固化功能，胶水在混合管中表干了；也有可能是下班了，员工忘清洗混合管了，造成残留在混合管中的胶水完全固化了，进而造成堵塞。防止这种堵塞的方法其实很简单，员工短时间走开，比如十分钟，二十分钟，或者半个小时，就开启防固化功能。如果是下班，中间时间比较长，直接开启自动清洗功能，将混合管中的胶水清洗掉。

2、管道堵塞，造成这个现象的原因，有可能是胶水中的填料太多了，在管道中沉淀了。解决这个问题比较好的方法，就是更换比较好点的胶水。如果不想换胶水的话，就在漏斗上放一个过滤网，倒胶时，将胶水过滤一下。

3、料桶堵塞，有些胶水长时间不用，在桶里面会干。有些客户因为订单原因，有可能一个月，或者两三个月才灌一次胶。胶水长时间放在桶里面会干，所以针对这种情况，每次估算好要用的胶量，灌完后，将料桶清洗一下。

4、结晶堵塞，有些胶水固化剂会吸潮结晶造成堵塞，比如聚氨酯胶水。如果使用这种胶水的话，机器要用的比较勤会比较好，不要放置太久，因为聚氨酯胶水放久了会吸潮。如果一直用的话，胶水一直保持是新鲜的胶水，就能减少结晶。如果条件比较好的工厂，可以往料桶中充氮气，氮气是一种保护性气体，解决胶水结晶的效果特别好。

4. Crystal blockage. Some glue curing agents will absorb moisture and crystal to cause blockage, such as polyurethane glue. If you use this kind of glue, it's better to use the machine more frequently, and don't put it too long, because polyurethane glue will absorb moisture. If you use it all the time, the glue will keep fresh, which can reduce the crystallization. If the conditions are better, you can fill the barrel with nitrogen. Nitrogen is a kind of protective gas, which can solve the problem of glue crystallization.
