打胶机连续运转并报警的原因！
我们在使用中空玻璃上胶机时，可能会遇到很多情况。其中之一是中空玻璃上胶机泵连续运行并报警的情况。一般来说，造成这种情况的原因如下。

原因:胶水用完了。

解决方案:更换塑料桶。
Solution: Replace the plastic bucket.
原因:塑料桶内有空气，或压力过大无法粘合。

解决方案:打开压力板上的放气阀，放胶后关闭橡胶泵上的放气阀，放胶后关闭。
Solution: Open the vent valve on the pressure plate, close the vent valve on the rubber pump after releasing rubber, and close after releasing rubber.
原因:橡胶气缸电接触压力表失效。
Reason: Rubber cylinder electric contact pressure gauge failure.
解决方案:更换新的电接点压力表。
Solution: Replace the new electrical contact pressure gauge.
原因:橡胶泵电机反转。
Reason: Rubber pump motor reversal.
解决方案:调整橡胶泵电机的相序，重新布线。
Solution: Adjust the phase sequence of rubber pump motor and rewiring.
